Updating data plan

I've been trying for weeks to update my data plan via the app. It shows as successful and that this can be used straight away however never changes. I have now run out of data. I have tried calling sky a few times now and was told 6 days ago that my plan had been updated and so on but one of the staff however again it hasn't. At this rate I will end up cancelling my plan with sky all together as that staff have been no help at all.

As you seem to have an issue on your account and that you are getting no where in getting it sorted I would put in a complaint as you should then be contacted about it:
