Lost mobile account on my sky app. I’ve recently upgraded to iPhone 16 plus

I've recently upgraded to iPhone 16 plus and know when I log into my sky app my mobile account is missing! I've deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times, my account is saying my mobile account is linked. All I can see is streaming and broadband accounts?

any help please?!?!
