Hello,
I'm wanting to upgrade my phone and the My Sky app is insisting on using my old address unless I call to change it.
I made contact with the HelpTeam on Twitter who told me they only can access the system to change address by phone. I've never had a company force me to call to update my address before, surely there's a way to do such a basic request without calling?
