Superfast charger for my SKY Samsung phone doesn't appear to be working

Superfast charger for my SKY Samsung phone doesn't appear to be working. I've had it a while and the phone is charging ok when I used another charger. Can I get a replacement Superfast one as part of my contract or is it an additional charge for this?

Hi @Kempes  if you have had it a while it will be your responsibility to get a new one, sky won't supply a new one.
