Unused data

How do I cash in my unused data to use towards my bill? Do I need to call Sky?

You can't.

 

Data can only be used as data or as a discount off a new device or accessory.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

I have just ordered a new device and it didn't give me the option to cash in do I need to contact Sky?

It may be too late to add the Piggybank discount now. You'd possibly have to cancel the order you made yesterday and re-order which would almost certainly involve further credit checks. The lines will be open in a couple of hours.
