Unused Mobile Data

I have 5 mobile sims in my household & unused data used to be rolled over at the end of the month. On my month, unused data has not been - has Sky stopped this now?

@Harry1508  not as far as we're aware, the only change is since 4th June data is only kept for 12 months any older than that would have been purged on that date

if data isn't going into your piggy bank then give sky a call on 150

note piggy bank doesn't apply to unlimited data plans

Re: Unused Mobile Data

Thank you for your reply.

Do you know if I were to roll it over to my mobile, if the unused data would then be available to use or if it just expires?

@Harry1508

If you move data from your Piggybank to your sim, and then don't use all of it, any unused data will move back to the Piggybank whereby it'll be available for up to 12 months.

Re: Unused Mobile Data

Thank you. The data has been there for a while as I was top up my nieces phones for them, so I try to keep a reserve but it looks like I will lose it as it has been there for ages.

Think I will just put it all on theur phones & hopefully it wi be roll back over into the piggy bank.
