I have blocked and deleted my eSIM I am unable to reinstall it and I cannot even contact sky mobile

I am not in the uk my sky data roaming was not working and so when I tried to change network settings it didn't work. Afterwards I decided to have a look at my roaming options I chose allow Sky  partner to choose the roaming option. My network then suddenly disappeared, so I tried to log in to my eSIM which then locked it and it was requesting my puk number which I obviously don't have or even know. Suddenly that option was gone I was not even able to enter anything. While attempting to reinstall my eSIM my phone keeps saying it's unable to reinstall my eSIM now I have no number and sky keeps asking me to call I cannot even chat online to a customer service agent.

I can’t because I had to delete the sim I no longer even have the options to do it it says that my esim

code is outdated
