I'm no longer registered on the network and I don't know why. What should I do

Yes but I've been back a couple of weeks and everything was fine until last night

Have you checked that your phone is set to Home as per this:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home

  • Thanks for your guidance.  I've managed to get reconnected via a friend fiddling with the settings I managed to mess up.  All sorted now. I'll leave technology alone.
