Unexpected bill

I usually pay £52 pound for my phone

However this month they have taken £64 from my account and it has been taken twice?
i am unsure of why this has happened? 

I have added on 3GB of data so I am wondering if that is the reason for this case. If so could someone break down the cost of why my bill has added up to this sum?

Feel free to post an image of your bill as it could be something to do with adding this 3GB data package to your account as you would be billed from the date it was added plus the next 4 weeks. If you do post an image blank out your account and credit agreement numbers. For reference it might be helpful if you also post an image of your previous bill.

@xianx The forum is customer to customer support so we can't see your bill, you should be able to see on the bill exactly what the charges are for.
