Has this happened to anyone else? This is the letter I've sent sky!!

Provide compensation for the time and inconvenience caused by this unacceptable process. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Communications Ombudsman. I expect a prompt and serious response. Yours sincerely,

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

What unacceptable process?
