Phone off-line

Hi I have sent my old phone back and have got message to delete I cloud phone is showing as off line. I cloud will not delete till back online but the phone is now back with sky and the erase is pending awaiting.

Then the only way you are going to be able to do this is to speak to Sky about getting the device returned so you can do this.

Yes I have done this and the message says pending awaiting phone connection to WiFi.
