Unable to swap my monile

Is anyone else struggling to swap their mobile phone online? I click to swap but the page just never finishes loading so I'm stuck

Hi @K72s  there have been a few reports of the same, you will need to call sky on 150 for help upgrading.

If that doesn't change after perhaps trying a different browser and/or clearing your cache give Sky a call by dialling 150 from your current Sky mobile and an agent can help you place the swap order.
