I purchased a google pixel phone 2 weeks ago . Wasn't offered any offers with this. Then I asked today if I can get a deal on watch they said yes it would be 4 pound a month . Then I was told actually you can get it free then told I can't get it free then I was told I would get a long to get a free google watch then told I'm not able to get this ... it's absolutely shocking practice . So I'm now as a valued customer wanting a response to this nonsense

You won't get a response on here from Sky and you can't make a complaint on here. In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
Those types of offers usually only apply at the time of ordering the device. Perhaps it wasn't an available offer at the time you ordered. These offers change all the time.
