Help with mobile account

I need to delete 2 old iphones from my account which I no longer have and also to delete a sim that I am paying for which I no longer use - how do I do this?

You can't delete phones as only those that have been returned to Sky will be removed although this is quite a slow process so can take a number of weeks to occur.

 

You also can't delete a sim. if you have been paying for it for 12 months or more then you will need to call Sky on 150 to ask them to cancel it for you.
