Unable to reactivate replacement physical sim

Hi,

 

I changed to an esim before going on holiday and my phone is not compatible. I eventually got a new physical sim ordered and have received it but when I log onto my account both through the app and onsite, it only give the option to activate a replacement esim.

You will need to find a way to contact Sky support about this so they can get it activated for you.
