Unable to receive security code

I've just purchased the iPhone 15 Pro and trying to convert to eSIM but each time I try to get the security code sent to my phone number, nothing happens. I haven't received an error message or any text messages containing a security code. 

How can this be fixed?

You will need to call Sky for help with this, 150 is the number to use from your mobile.
