Unable to change 'My Number' after changing Esim (iPhone 15 Plus)

Hello,

 

After following all of the online advise,

I am copletely unable to change 'My Number' in the iphones settings. 

 

I have tried:

  • disabling all services connected to the number
  • restarting the device
  • restarting network settings
  • it will not save my new number to the phone meaning Imessage and Facetime do not work
  • I have managed to add my new number in sign-in and security
  • SMS is working but when I message people it comes up with the wrong number (the number connected to the device)

And when people ring or message that number back it goes to a completely different person meaning I can send messages but cannot recieve them. Same with phone calls. 

 

This is really causing a lot of frustration,
