Error message when trying to change Mobile data plan

I am getting the following error message when I try to change my data plan online and on the app. Not sure if it is just my account or a wider issue. This has been the same since Saturday after trying at a number of different intervals.

We've been unable to change your data plan at this time. Please try again later.
