Unable to change 'My Number' after changing Esim (iPhone 15 Plus)
Hello,
After following all of the online advise,
I am copletely unable to change 'My Number' in the iphones settings.
I have tried:
- disabling all services connected to the number
- restarting the device
- restarting network settings
- it will not save my new number to the phone meaning Imessage and Facetime do not work
- I have managed to add my new number in sign-in and security
- SMS is working but when I message people it comes up with the wrong number (the number connected to the device)
And when people ring or message that number back it goes to a completely different person meaning I can send messages but cannot recieve them. Same with phone calls.
This is really causing a lot of frustration,

I have resolved the issue. You need to reset the network settings on the device after your number is changed.
Navigate to transfer or reset iphone
select reset then reset network settings.
once the phones network settings have been reset go to my number and it should be automatically changed
