Unable to activate sim

I have a new sky sim but each time I attempt to activate it I get asked to Link Sky ID.  I have done this many, many times and just get the message that it has already been linked.

 

I do not get an option to activate the sim nor is there anywhere I can enter the activation code.

 

Can anyone help me before I dump this and go to another network?

Do you have another sim with Sky and if so what it ordered on the same account that the other one was on ?

No other sim, this is a new Sky account.

All you can do now is to either call Sky, if you have another phone you can use, or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to get some help with this.

I have tried calling Sky but they want the phone number - which I don't have because I can't activate it to find out:-(   On all other sims I've had, the phone number has been on the documentation that arrives with it.

 

I think I'll just have to get another sim from a different provider.  I've never had an issue activating sims before and it's taking up so much time to try to resolve.
