Can't receive mobile voicemail

Over the last week or two I've had phone calls that's gone to voicemail I dail 759 to receive those voicemails and all I get is silence .I can't hear anything ..

Have you tried disabling then enabling voicemail again, if so and this still happens then all you can do is to report it to Sky by calling them on 150.
