I have sent a PAC to Sky but it is still not showing the correct number

Hi @grizz09  can you confirm you are porting your number from a different network to sky ? When did you give sky your PAC ?

When did you give Sky the pac code as porting doesn't take place at the weekend.

Yes coming from 02. Gave it late Fri pm. Have had an email saying it had gone through but it's still showing the wrong number.

It might transfer over tomorrow as the later you gave it to Sky on Friday due to no changeovers happening at the weekend it will be as it you gave it to Sky today.

I've recently moved from ee to sky and had a similar problem with my iphone. The number had ported as i could call it and it rang, however my iphone showed the wrong number and therefore imessage a facetime didnt work. Found that you need to reset the network settings. These are in settings, general and reset at the bottom of the list. Choose reset netwerk settings and when it reboots your number will be correct. You will have to reconnect to your wifi however.
