Unable to activate E-sim
I can't activate my e-sim on my new device. I'm unable to contact sky as I have no mobile service on both my current and old device. I've tried to activate it so many times it's now saying my confirmation code is invalid. Please can someone help!

Have you tried ordering another eSIM to see if that will work for you ?

As you can't activate it you should not be charged for it so if you can get this one working you should be able to delete it, just make sure you delete the right one.
