no reception

I have a sky email address but I have BT broadband. Sky cut my account off and told me I would not be able to use them as I have poor reception , I had been paying for several months for no service. BT say because I have a sky email its not their problem . I have Giff Gaff mobile account because sky wouldn't let me use them. When I log in I get as far as verifacation code and can go no further so no emails or emails on the computer/ printer working properley.

BT said a booster would cost and wouldn't work , that's what I asked for.

I can get reception on my phone, which I can't use unless What's App, if I go in to Costa in the town!

It is difficult to understand your post so is your issue that you have poor reception when on Sky Mobile at your home ?
