@Josh3312 You can't transfer numbers between sky sims
your options are
transfer the number you want to keep out to another payg provider then transfer back in again onto the correct sky sim
or
ask sky if they will transfer your new plan onto the existing sim (sky don't have to allow this all you can do is ask the question)
