The delivery driver refused my parcel and I waiting for my device can u resend my parcel again

Hi @Amandeepkaur  nothing will happen as a result of your post on here. You will need to call sky for help with this. Call on 150 from a sky sim.

Why did they refuse to delivery your parcel, did they ask for ID that you didn't show them ?
