Transferring old number
I want to transfer my current number to an eSIM but when I put the PAC code in it comes up with invalid. Why is this happening?

Re: Transferring old number
Hi @Harry52 you shouldn't need a PAC to convert your old sim to an esim.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/esim-sky-mobile-convert-sim
also you can't port from one sky sim to another.

It can't be @Harry52 if that is what you have done then you have a new sim with a new number on a different account. You should just need to order a replacement via your account (or the account the original sim is on ) and activate it as a replacement esim and it will keep the old number.
