Hi @Shah5  your post isn't very clear ? Have you tried to order a phone and it's asking for full payment up front ? If yes then that's because aren't passing the credit checks sky undertake.

I took my phone and contract out a year ago but all of a sudden it's suspended my account even though I made my last months payment every month.

So you have not missed any payments but your service is suspended and sky have asked for your contract to be paid in full @Shah5  ? This only happens due to missed payments.
