Conditional Call Forwarding Active

I have two mobiles with Sky and today it's been coming up with conditional call forwarding active when trying to make a call on both phones.  Can't make or receive calls and Internet away from home is a bit hit and miss. 

 

Have contacted Sky, not very helpful and said there could be an error and the phones should sort themselves out in 24 hours. 

 

Any advice would be greatly received.

Hi. Yes it is activated and with Sky it will not enable you to disable it. 

 

You have the voicemail number in all options.

Thank you. I've tried all of these earlier and hasn't made a difference. 

 

I think the problem could be that Sky don't allow you to disable the call forwarding.  But sure why it's decided to do it to both phones today.

Hi, was this ever sorted for you? I have the same issue as of yesterday.

I was having issued with my SIM and when I called Sky yesterday I'm pretty sure they asked me to enable call fowarding. Now this morning in a Sky store I've been told that is what is wrong and there is no fix.

Me to , over 4 hours  getting passed on to rep after rep , my settings say  forwarding off then you find it still keeps doing it , setting say your operator  cannot turn off this function . Sky suggestions included take your SIM out and clean it , dial ##22## ,another one said ##21#  most reps were Asian / Chinese some pigeon English and or had kids in the back ground ,  I got so peed off I eventually cancelled the contract , 78 disabled partial sighted going to a clinic in 2 weeks , tried to call my friend who gets my shopping but call got forwarded elsewhere, that sky SIM was a nightmare on elm street , phone gets cut off in 24 hours . I never spoke to so many clueless reps  . !
