Transferring contacts and photos from a broken phone

My iPhone 15 had boiling water spilt on it and it was fine for a week and then went to temperature too hot and it stayed that way apart from every now and again it flickers back on for a couple of minutes. I bought a new iPhone 15 but can't transfer contacts or photos and my new phone is not picking up I messages ?

I'm not sure what you are asking but this explains the repair process via Sky:

If you do go for a repair then it will cost you so perhaps get a quote from both Apple or Sky to see who is the cheapest.

Hi @Lindsey106  have you logged into your iCloud account on the new phone then hopefully you have a backup saved that you should be able to restore to the new phone.
