I am having an absolute NIGHTMARE.
Ordered a new handset and tarrif for both my husband and I.
I did the whole thing - activated sim with PAC code to transfer my old number to Sky...
Got a text confirmation from Sky it's all happening and should be complete on 22 November.
But since 21 Nov, the process seems to be stuck half way. My old contract has ceased. But the Sky Mobile contract - whilst they've not confirmed it's complete have said my first bill is on it's way but I have no 4G etc. If anyone rings me my numbers out of use.
And when I log into my sky account, this handset exists but no tariff or sim card is listed!!!
I'm stressed beyond belief as I need a phone for work [i work remotely] and my phone number I need to keep.
Can I get hold of anyone at sky? No. I have no landline to ring them from. I've tried online messenger service but that's not been available today or yesterday...
I've emailed.
Anyone know what i can do?!?!?!

I am currently having the same problem I can phone out but cannot receive any calls or text messages and locked out of all my apps! Please help

@caesarome @Hi yes I have done everything and my number is showing correct. I have followed all the troubleshooting guides but nothing is working

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
