Tracking

I have just placed an order through sky and have been given a tracking number, however that number dates back to May 2023 so it clearly isn't mine. I don't know how to resolve this.

Hi @Macka1  i have had this before, I think delivery companies do reuse tracking numbers so you may need to wait 24 hours for their system to update and catch up. 





If someone has helped give them a thumbs up.
