The order I have made appears wrong on the receipt for mobile

I have ordered the new iPhone 17pro plus. The larger one. I've just got the receipt through and it says I have pre ordered the iPhone 17pro. How can I change this before they deliver the wrong one

You woud need to call Sky. Any new order placed will see your credit checked again.

It's not clear what's happened but the larger Pro is call Pro Max (Not Plus).

 

In any event you'll have to call Sky to check.  If it's the wrong one then the order will have to be cancelled and the correct one ordered (Which will require another credit check).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
