eSIM cut off by agent

so.....,,.

I was on the phone to an agent yesterday as I am having great difficulty with changing from 3mobile to sky mobile and keeping my own number. 

so far I have spent no less than 12 hours this week on the phone to sky mobile struggling to get the agents to understand my issue and fix it. 

after a network reset I was asked to delete the eSIM which completely left me with no working sim at all in my phone as I can only presume it was the number that has been deleted as well. 

how do I now contact sky on a phone that can only make calls using WhatsApp and messenger via WiFi connection only?


I am absolutely furious that the agent did not listen to me when I told him that it said in the screen if we go ahead with this deletion process it will delete my number that had transferred over from 3mobile.
