Technical issues on the website and app

The website is not working and neither is the app. I am trying to access my account information and my billing information and it's keeps popping up with "technical issues". I have restarted my phone and tried accessing on many other devices and it's not working on any of them. Any chance anyone has any advice?

Hi, I'm currently experiencing the same thing. I just wanted to ensure my bill went out, but only my broadband bill did and not my mobile bill. I'm sure there might be technical difficulties on Skys end, which is why we can't gain access to it. In the mean time, hang tight as it should get sorted soon enough!

Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and then sign back into the app.
