Technical error message

When I'm in my account trying to upgrade it keeps coming up with a technical issue saying it's sky fault try again but won't let me every time

The only way you are going to be able to upgrade is by calling Sky on 150 from a phone that has a Sky sim in it.

This is exactly what is happening to me! I have no idea what to do as I have been overcharged on my billings and I can't access anything!

I rang up and sorted it over the phone now I can access all I rang 150 from my mobile
