Error occurs when trying to add 5G onto sim

When going onto the manage sim section and then to the plan and data settings, once clicking on 5G add on 'view details' the page loads with an error message and says to try again, the page never seems to load on any of the sims I have. How do I go about adding 5G onto my existing sims? I alos have sky VIP

To get 5G added your only option will be that to call Sky on 150 and have them do it for you.
