Im trying to upgrade my ipad because it says im able to swap, but it keeps coming up with a technical issue when i go to add to basket, it says this :
"Technical error
It's not you, it's us. Try refreshing the page. Or use the link below to start again"
I have tried refreshing , deleting cookies and same message. However when I try to upgrade mobile it goes through fine.

Im trying to upgrade my mobile phone but it keeps coming up with technical error! i need to get this done in time for my daughters birthday as its a present!
