Swap

I am writing regarding the recent return of a mobile phone I sent back to you. I have been informed that the device has been assessed as damaged. I would like to formally dispute this claim. The phone has always been kept in a protective case and handled with care. There was no damage to the device when it was returned. I therefore request clear photographic evidence and a detailed report outlining the alleged damage. Unless satisfactory proof is provided, I will consider this matter unresolved and will not accept any charges or penalties relating to this claim. I am prepared to escalate this further if necessary. Please respond as soon as possible with the required documentation.

Hi @Debbie40  you aren't talking to sky CS here so nothing will happen as a result of your post here. Call sky on 150 for help or try a formal complaint.
