iPhone 16 setup

I have tried to set my partners new phone up but it kept saying passcode incorrect now it's blocked me out saying iPhone unavailable any help appreciated to unblock - have put the aim in but still nothing

Only the correct code will do that.  No one can help you with that.

 

...otherwise, you'll have to factory reset it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thank you I ended up ringing sky and have sent it back to be reset 🙈
