Upgrade Issues

For about the last 18 months, every time I try to manage my account online or via the App, I get the same page (with the Breeders cast) telling me that they "can't process my request online right now". I've tried deleting my browser cache (and reinstaling app) but I still get the same issue every time. It would be much easier to do things like upgrades online rather than the painful process of calling Sky. Anyone had similar issues? Any resolutions?

The only way round this will be to call because at the same time you can also report these issues to them as they will need investigating.

This has been happening to me for the past couple of months. Have tridd it on three different browsers across three different computers and the same.  Called Sky today who said they will look into it.  Its absolutely bonkers and given this is more than one person being affected and are being affected for a number of months theyneed to prioritise the fix, not tell customers like myself to sort the upgrade out over the phone.
