Swap

How can I go about this... I am in a phone contract for 3 years I've already paid 2 years off and still have another left. But my phone is on the verge of blacking out on me as in it gets really hot after been on it for 5 minutes, the battery health is bad, it glitches out all the time and turns it's self off. Also my phone is up to date with all updates so it isn't that. I just think my phone is just on the verge of giving up. What can I do about this as I still have another year to pay it off.

You can either return it as a swap by selecting another phone to replace it or continue with it and keep it so pay it off over the next year. If you swap it then it will be inspected and it faults are found this could see the value you were originally given reduced meaning you will might have more to pay off against it.

thank you for your reply, I just have a baby on the way due in 3 months and I'm worried this phone is not going to last until then. I've seen the option of swapping but it says I ain't eligible for it but at the end of the day the faults on the phone is just wear and tear nothing of my doing and I'm still paying for it and it's definitely not going to last any much longer. It's the iPhone 11 so it's an old phone anyway. 😀

Hi @Robyn04  you should be able to swap it ypu are 24 months into your 36 month contract. If it's not letting you do it online then call sky on 150 for help. The value of yours will be greatly reduced if faulty so you could I either keep it or continue paying monthly or pay what's left in one go. If you return it then any difference in valuation would be added to your next bill.
