Swap returns packaging
Hello, is it possible to receive some replacement packaging and returns label please? Mine was not included

You use the packaging the new device came in and the (well hidden we understand) label should be in there too. If not you'll need to call Sky to request another. Dial 150 from your Sky mobile.
