Swap mobile return

I've just completed a swap upgrade the advisor stated it wouldn't let him organise the return details over the phone for him to automatically send the packaging. He said he would send a link to arrange this as of yet I've received no link so I've not received any pre paid packaging to send the old iPhone back.

Usually you can use the packaging your new device comes in as there should be a small return label on the inside of it. If this isn't the case then you will need to call them again as there is no way to generate this online.
