I've just completed a swap upgrade the advisor stated it wouldn't let him organise the return details over the phone for him to automatically send the packaging. He said he would send a link to arrange this as of yet I've received no link so I've not received any pre paid packaging to send the old iPhone back.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUsually you can use the packaging your new device comes in as there should be a small return label on the inside of it. If this isn't the case then you will need to call them again as there is no way to generate this online.
