All mobiles across all mobile networks are recycled as there are so many of them so there is a chance that this number was previously used by someone else. All you can do is to call Sky on 150 about this and ask them to cancel and send you another one but there is always the (small) chance that this could happen again although I have to say you would be pretty unlucky if that was the case.
