Sky swap issues

I recently ordered a new handset for my son and sent old handset back to swap and credit my account nearly 8 weeks ago now. I have called numerous times and nothing. I have been told it's received and under review. Today I received an email telling me they will send me pre paid parcel to return my handset and they have reduced the offer to £70 from £79..... Buty phone has already been posted using sky swap prepaid label. No one is helping me I'm down on paying two phones and they have my handset I could have sold privately ages ago!
