Your post is a little unclear. Is it your Sky Mobile bill you can't pay? The T's and C's you agreed to stipulate you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up, therefore manual payments are not required.

Hi @Joshturbill  if you are wanting to use your phone to pay things like gambling sites or similar then this isn't something sky allow.
