Shocking customer service

I have called spoke to management promised a £130 refund yet weeks later nothing I have sent more than 30 emails even to ceo Dana strong yet still nothing it is a shocking way to treat customers especially one who has been a customer for 28 years

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Sky don't use email for general correspondence.
