Sky roaming help
Hi I spoke to sky and asked for roaming date fir 10 days up until 16 th July that was agreed and now I've been told ends to day's I cannot put back on

Sky don't do roaming packages for longer periods. Depending on where you've gone it's a £2 charge for each 24 hour period.

That might suggest the culmulative £2 per day charge has now reached your spending cap.

You just need to make sure roaming is turned on in your phone settings and you have set a spend cap sufficient for £2 a day. As soon as you send a text, make a call or use some data it kicks in. You haven't said where you are so be aware it's only in certain countries that it works like that. If you're in a 'rest of the world' country then the charges are much higher.

It's 'automatic' on usage. (Subject to spend cap)
