Inaccurate network coverage

We decided to sign up for sky based on the network coverage map showing better coverage.
Sadly it does not meet the standards claimed on the coverage map.
we are running actual business and it is vital that we have coverage for staff safety.
If we had known that tge coverage map was not accurate, we would have not signed up to sky mobile. There is no 4 G either on much of the 500 acre site we work which is again inaccurate to your coverage map.
we will have to switch mobile provider who have assured us over a better coverage.
I believe we have been mis sold a service on false coverage claims.  Perhaps this is a short term problem but an update on coverage before we switch may be helpful.

...and note that Sky mobile is for consumer use only - 'business' use is expressly not allowed.

If you need a business service then I'd look at providers that offer such a service.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
